How long does print on demand fulfillment take?
Standard ShipSage Print orders complete production within 2 business days. From there, we pick, pack, and dispatch each order on the same day production finishes. US ground shipping reaches 97% of US customers within 2 business days. Total order-to-doorstep time for most US customers is 4–6 business days.
How does the ShipSage Print Shopify app work?
Install the ShipSage Print app from the Shopify App Store. Connect your store in one click. Upload your designs, preview them on apparel using the built-in mockup generator, set your retail prices, and publish to your storefront. When a customer orders, the order automatically routes to our production queue. You pay only when each order ships — billed every 6 hours through Stripe. No monthly subscription.
Can I use ShipSage Print with TikTok Shop, Etsy, and Amazon?

Is there a minimum order or monthly fee?
No minimum order quantity and no monthly platform fee. ShipSage Print is free to install. You pay only when an order ships. Production and shipping costs are itemized per order and billed every 6 hours through Stripe.

What's the difference between DTF and DTG printing?
DTF (direct-to-film) transfers ink onto a film, then heat-presses the design onto the garment. It works on cotton, polyester, and blends, with bright color reproduction and excellent durability through washing. DTG (direct-to-garment) prints ink directly into the garment fibers, best for 100% cotton with a softer hand-feel. ShipSage Print’s default production method is DTF for its versatility and color performance across fabric types. Talk to our team if your product line requires DTG specifically.
Where are ShipSage's warehouses located?
ShipSage operates 6 fulfillment centers across the United States. Orders are automatically routed to the warehouse closest to your customer to minimize shipping cost and transit time. All facilities are US-based — no overseas production, no carrier handoff at the border, no import duties for your customer.
Can I use branded packaging and custom inserts?
Yes. ShipSage Print supports custom packing slips, branded boxes and mailers, marketing inserts (thank-you cards, discount codes), and kitting/bundling for multi-product orders. You control the unboxing experience.
